We offer classes for every level of training. We can accommodate various sizes of groups. We focus on basic to advanced techniques in order to provide for the needs of our members.

 
 

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Fundamentals

This Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Fundamentals class comes from World Champion Milton Bastos. Based off of Milton’s white to blue curriculum, we take a systematic approach that makes learning fun and easy. No experience is necessary to be a part of this class.

This advanced Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program is our main group class. Although it’s designed for people with more experience, we encourage beginners to try this program. Beginners can join this class if desired. A Gi is mandatory for this class.

Stick Mobility

Stick Mobility is a training and education system designed to help people move better by optimizing their mobility,flexibility, stability, and strength.

The system utilizes the Mobility Stick to improve range of motion, muscle activation, coordination, and body awareness to build a strong foundation for enhanced movement.

Muay Thai Fitness

Muay Thai uses almost every muscle in the body—and is a perfect blend of cardio, strength, and endurance training. Simply put, if you want a stronger core, more arm definition, more sculpted legs (there's a lot of kicking involved!), or are looking to burn fat, this is the workout for you.

 

Kettle Bell and Calisthenics Class

Saturdays
8am – 8:45am

A great class that helps you with strengthening your core muscles by using your body weight and the kettle bell to perform movements geared to using ranges of motion and strength to focus on various parts of the body.
